Founded in 2010 with a vision and passion of generating business through the digital platform, Proud Pioneer of Social Media in Rajasthan, Pathfynder leaped into handling all-inclusive branding for various industry segments through its 360-degree solutions.
Working closely on the creative aspects of the project, our team comes up with ideas that are contemporary, fresh and unique. And Satisfaction arrives when we watch our fresh ideas gaining success and getting accepted.
Our strength is our team, which is an eclectic mix of graphic designers, illustrators, content writers and photographers each a specialist in their area of work. Our preferred mode of engagement is the dynamic creative output we deliver. Someday it is inspired from graffiti on the wall or some day it may be an interesting line written behind an auto rickshaw or maybe the color and texture of your sunglasses!!

Gaurav Hajela
Founder & Creative Director
With an abnormal drive and determination, Gaurav, the Founder and Creative director of Pathfynder, is an expert marketer and a successful entrepreneur. He is the master of Branding and Social Media, someone who is always daring enough to re-write the rules and change the traditional ways with his creative and risk-taking abilities. Despite being the oldest in the team, his energy level is still unmatched in the industry. His memory and observation help in making campaigns special and extremely successful. Today, he is also the Director and Chief Editor of the video production wing of the organization apart from being the lead photographer. Gaurav treasures his Vinyl records, has a huge collection of books and is also a connoisseur of tea and single malt.
Anisha Hajela
Co-Founder & Content Head
At one point Anisha enjoyed teaching but things changed post-2010 when she decided to switch her long career in education and took a plunge into the field of Social Media Branding. With her teaching skills put to good use and her mastery over multitasking by managing home, 2 kids and her company, Anisha- the Co-Founder at Pathfynder now provides an invaluable strength to the organization. In the team, which is full of creatively crazy, impulsive and energetic individuals, Anisha is the calming influence that keeps everyone grounded. She is a passionate blogger and an active reviewer on various travel websites like- Trip Advisor, Holiday IQ, and Trover.
Anshul Shukla
Sr. Content Manager
This bold and beautiful lady is the undisputed drama queen of Pathfynder. No wonder her previous job was writing concepts for Balaji Telefilms. Anshul joined Pathfynder to try her hands on writing content for Social Media when the company was just starting to take baby steps. As one of the first joinees, her unique, consistent and engaging writing skills became important offerings for the company. From 2010 till date, Anshul continues to be a part of Pathfynder irrespective of the fact that she kept shifting her base from Jaipur to Mumbai to Indore and her status moved from single to married to a mother of one beautiful girl.
Dev Jangid
Sr. Designer
A graduate of Fine Arts and passionate photographer, Dev Jangid is consistently working with Pathfynder since 2013. His creative Photography and designing skills have been used for many clients’ websites and coffee table books. And not to forget, he is also the sole reason behind all those beautiful profile pictures of the team members of Pathfynder on social media platforms.
Jayantika Duseja
Graphic Designer
Jayantika is a splendid graphic artist with creative thinking towards designing. She is graduated from MIT INSTITUTE OF DESIGN, Pune. She is zealous for new ideas and with the thoughts in her mind she puts them into her designs.
